“towels had stains and I saw a roach in the room. Hotel needs to be renovated”

“The room was quiet and the bed comfy. Convienient location. AC was cold.”

“The room was filthy and I found baggies and drugs in the room. The bedding was very burnt from cigarettes or something. The floor wasn’t clean. No corded for the phone the iron cable was cut. The electricity went out the last 2 days of our stay so we had no tv or air conditioning.”

“The parking lot is used as a construction storage yard, but the staff was super nice and the room is average. Breakfast is NOT included as stated in the online post. The price matched the stay, so I'm not complaining, just being honest. Great location though!”

“Nice water pressure. The only bad thing it doesn't have elevators. It's got two levels, but no elevator. The staff was nice enough to give us the bottom floor because it would be hard to climb stairs for me.”

“This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town.”

“the night desk person was very loud. might as well had been right in my room. that was until about midnight. that person was sleeping at the desk when I went to check out at 8am. The beds were very uncomfortable.”
