“The elevators to the rooms are oddly distant from the lobby. Our room was clean, but was missing some basic supplies such as tissue and coffee for the Keurig machine. Overall, it served its purpose for us (a quite overnight sleep) but was not overly impressive.”

“Manager was very friendly. We found a yellow wash cloth under the air conditioner, so we weren't sure how clean the room really was.”

“This was my second time to stay at the Tru in Milord, OH. The room felt clean and I love the scent of their lemon hand soap and body wash. I'm not a huge fan of their offerings for breakfast, but you can find something that you like well enough. I will continue to choose this hotel when I'm in town.”

“Key cards never worked staff were nice to helping get in but not being able to get into room and having to take the slow elevator up and down with new sets of keys every time sucked.”
