“The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. “Adorable nicely renovated house in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a kettle, a French press and keurig. The living room furniture is minimal and could use a full length couch. Also for those who might have difficulty navigating stairs the stairs to 2nd floor bedrooms are steep and narrow and the bathroom is on the first floor. The parking for two cars is in a dirt lot a house away. There had just been a significant snow storm a few days before...
