“My 2 night stay here was a relaxing break. The hotel is directly across the street from Hampton Court Palace which made the visit so easy. A short walk from the train station is a plus. “It is hard to rate this property because it is brand new and gorgeous with gorgeous views BUT as a new hotel a lot still needs to be sorted: - I stayed for 3 nights, my toilet kept running loudly and they didn't have a maintenance person to fix it so the front desk person tried to fix it but couldn't and eventually gave me another upgraded room (nice).
