“I booked this studio for our two sons while my husband and I stayed in a suite in the same tower. The studio was perfect for our sons - sufficiently spacious, well kept, clean an exceptional location and a safe environment. They enjoyed being close to all the MGM facilities and having access to these, the proximity to the strip and also liked to meet us at the Signature pool where we could sometimes have quieter family time. I had a few questions prior to our arival annd found the property...

“Location is great. The room needs a bit of a refresh with updated charging ports or electrical plugs for each side of the bed.”

“The communication with the owner was good. He was very responsive. His housekeeping staff is terrible. When we got to the room it was clearly not cleaned aside from the bedding being changed and maybe a quick wipe down of some areas. But there were wrappers and tags from clothing that people had purchased before our stay left on the nightstands and in the bathroom and hairs in the sink and shower and bathtub and Clem's of dirt and dust on the floor. So we really did not do very much in the room...

“This property was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with large bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The valet service was convenient, and using Lyft or Uber to get around town was easy. The balcony offered a nice and private view, which we really enjoyed. You can see the sphere light up through one of the windows. The gyms in Buildings 1 and 3 were both very nice and well-maintained. While some reviews mention the walk to the MGM pools and casino, we didn’t...
