“I stayed at this property with a new born and two dogs and I was very impressed. The hotel was very dog friendly with only a one time fee for the whole trip instead of a nightly fee like other hotels. The sound proofing between rooms was phenomenal. My parents were one room over and then did not even hear the baby crying at night time. The area is extremely walk-able and directly in downtown Providence. “Quando siamo arrivati il riscaldamento era rotto, nel senso che o riscaldava a temperature sopra i 50 gradi o doveva essere spento. Lo abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che ha fatto spallucce e detto che la mattina dopo avrebbero mandato qualcuno a sistemarlo (ma non e' successo). Il giorno dopo ci siamo poi trovati tutto il giorno chiusi in hotel a causa della tempesta di neve (questo non e' colpa dell hotel) - ma il personale non ha mosso un dito per cercare di alleviare la situazione...
