“We were originally booked at another hotel, that had overbooked their rooms and left us stranded at 11 at night. Expedia was able to help us by rebooking us here at this hotel, and I’m glad they did. The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely nice and took us in as a late check in. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, with easy access to the freeway and several restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely book there again during return visits to Atlanta”

“When I checked in, my room was very hot, and the air conditioning was not up to par. The glasses in the room were dirty. I was unable to sleep well all my second night because there was so much noise coming from some type of sports tournament. It was horrible. After checking out, I went outside to have a smoke break and to arrange for my ride, after paying for a less than satisfactory stay, 2 hotel workers approached me and said that the general manager, said I had 10 minutes to leave the...

“I booked through Expedia my total cost was $343.36 I was charged $405.48 then another charge of $443.36 total of over $800 for a two night stay. I have called Embassy Suited and different phone numbers all have given me the run around for better billing. Thid is unprofessional and abuse of billing! ”

“This property is not up-to-date. I selected certain amenities during my search, only to find out that they are not available at this location. The water was not getting hot, and the iron barely worked. The pool was inoperable, and the breakfast was gone before the time was up. ”

“Room was clean. Phone didnt work reported nothing done. Fawcett in the bathroom was broken reported it nothing done. Coffee maker flooded on the last day, I didn’t care by then. Front desk staff was great ”
