“It was misleading from the pictures. For a five star hotel it was old. The view they gave us was of an old abandoned building on the backside of the property. For the money I should have stayed at a newer place less money in the same area.”

“Lovely stay! I would highly recommend. The restaurant, pool, and spacious outdoor gardens were so beautiful. Our room had a small sitting deck. Next time I want try the spa amenities. Definitely will stay again. ”

“The property was beautiful but my check in was lacking a lot of information; breakfast times, location, available amenities were not explained to me but the staff was nice and professional. The property was beautiful and my room was a great location. The items in the room such as shower steamers being a charge per use was very disappointing for such a distinguished brand as Hyatt! Overall the room was nice & very clean! 10th floor had a decent view, breakfast with a view was nice; too windy for...
