“The property was well decorated and in a nice neighborhood. There were several “essentials” provided. However, the following essentials were missing: Blankets for the 2 roll away bedsBath towels for 8 guestsKitchen sponges/towelsLaundry detergent I contacted the host right away, which turned out to be a management company out of Vegas. They said they would fix these issues but never supplied the missing essentials. As far as cleanliness, two of the beds had a dirty top sheet and the couch...

“The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. Owner communicated very well. Good location close to the Arch and Busch Stadium. My nephew was disappointed that the foosball table shown in the photos was broken but still on the back porch. The lawn needed to be mowed and weeded. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“The home was very clean & properly supplied. Dr Koura was very quick to respond to any issue that arose. Me & my bridal party were comfortable & enjoyed the claw foot tubs in the baths. A nice bonus is the private little deck & yard in back! Thank you Dr Koura!”

“Our whole family had lots of space in the home, and it was very easy to get to everything we wanted to see in St. Louis - the Arch and downtown, the zoo, arboretum, really great.”

"All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
