“We went for a weekend with our cavapoo. TBH had little treat box, dog towel and little sleeping mat. We brought many of our own things but nice to make him feel welcomed. We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful..walking routes, getting us a table for dinner. We had lovely drinks every evening at the bar with a very large fire and our dog with us. La luce della stanza che non funzionava, il Wi-Fi che non funzionava e la receptionist non sapeva che fare e mi ha dato per ben 3 volte la password sbagliata. Comunque poi ho dovuto fare a meno del Wi-Fi perché nella mia stanza non prendeva. Professionalità bassissima. Al ristorante mi hanno servito dell'acqua imbevibile con un sapore di cloro terribile. “Nice modern stylish room, prompt email replies from staff regarding flexible check ins. Very comfy room. Good breakfast included. Only drawback was when the room next door had their tv on late at night it actually woke me up in my room! But not really much which could be done about that. Also milk missing from tea station in morning but assume that was a simple oversight. ”

“Absolute amazing place to stay and the staff were so so friendly, always smiling, in a good mood and happy to help. The breakfast selection was brilliant from cereal to croissants to eggs benedict royale. Room was extremely clean on 1st inspection and was continued throughout the stay by the maids. Bar was awesome too. Dedicated parking too which was very helpful and not like other properties in area. We will definitely be staying here again 100%”
