“I can’t rave about this cute, in-town unit enough. The mid town location puts you at the pulse of all the cool stuff Joseph has to offer. The unit has its quirks but they make it that much more appealing. It’s clean, comfortable, very well equipped, with a great bed and bath. Don’t let the entrance fool you. It’s perfection in the heart of Joseph. Kathleen, the host, is very accommodating and easy to work with. You’ll be missing out on the best if you don’t book this unit. ”

“I used the condo mostly asa work space in Joseph and it was PERFECT. Nice clean unit, very well supplied, great shower & comfy beds. The AC unit works great to keep it cool. Check in / out process was very smooth & host was fantastic. I would definitely stay again. ”

“Enjoyed 3 nights in this fabulous Vacation Rental. Great location for exploring the area. A lot of thought, attention to detail, and talent went into reviving this beautiful old building and creating the vacation rental units. Pete's Point is super spacious, the Decor is stunning, fun, interesting, and informative, not to mention extremely comfortable and spotless. Photos do not do this place justice. Linens, Towels, even the soap and shampoo were all high quality. I enjoyed drinking coffee...
