“This was our second time staying in the riverside cabins. We really enjoyed our first stay, however after this stay we will not be back. We spent our first 1/2 hour killing the bugs inside the cabin. I ended up with 2 huge bites on my leg. Anytime we took a shower it was impossible to not get water all over the floor. One of the remote controls had dead batteries. I was expecting to have a hold for incidentals of maybe $50 or $100 but they held $300.”

“Only complaint is the noise from the freeway (if your room is on the freeway side) is VERY loud… that being said my husband and I slept well after turning on the fan for white noise.”

“Front desk staff when we checked in was less than accommodating and because I had booked through Expedia ( although cheaper than their discounted rate by 25-35 dollars) made us feel like second class citizens. I had previously supported and stayed at this hotel over 50-69 times over a ten year period. I will be looking for a more “accommodating” and warm reception from another hotel when I visit Walla Walla again.”
