“The staff was very kind and the room was okay. My only complaints were there was a very loud train nearby and the floors were really gross. We weren’t able to take our shoes off and when we did fresh out of the shower when we didn’t know, our feet were black. ”

“Staff, lovely. Rooms dirty. Not the kind of dirty rhat can be blamed on cleaning staff. Property owner type dirty. Shower doesnt drain, toilet doesnt flush, mold around windows, air filters filthy, grout peeling, and the stuff rhat would rrquire staff to have time/support to do, deep clwaning stuff, obviously not done. “This was probably my worst experience in my entire life at a hotel. I actually never got to stay in the room. I booked this room for my work crew knowing they would be showing up after hours. I called and made sure that the hotel was aware of the fact that they would be arriving after hours. When my crew showed up nobody would let them in the front door. Finally the front desk person came outside and started screaming at my crew and telling them he was going to kick their butts if they did not...
