“This was our first time staying in Pendleton at this hotel. We were in town for a music festival. The location of this hotel was substantially far from the action downtown. If you are flying the location is perfect as it sits next to the airport. Much to our disappointment the hotel did not offer a shuttle service to the music venue and Uber in this small town was almost not a thing. However; the manager Brenda was awesome and offered to run us back and forth so we could enjoy some beverages...

“We pre paid for 3 nights. When we arrived, they said they moved us to a bigger room...but weren't going to charge us more!? Upon the 3rd day, they made us move, and that room was infested with ear wigs!!! Never again.”

“When we first arrived we entered through the back through the kitchen because the entrance to the restaurant was closed. It had a terrible smell like meat was being boiled for the next day. Luckily we were the only ones there because being an old hotel that has creaky floorboards other guests would have made a horrible racket walking around. Once we got to our room the loud AC units are through the window to the outside so there is a lot of road noise,car alarms and train noise that comes...
