They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. ”

“Good location in Accra, lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a small balcony and a comfortable living room. However, instead of allowing me to extend my stay and pay directly, they told me it was cheaper to book again through Hotels.com. I don’t really understand this—if a guest is already staying, it would be much easier to handle payment directly rather than having me go through the platform again, then checking if I could stay in the same flat or needed to move.
