“In short, if location is your main concern, then you'll be alright but for the price I paid, knowing it was a small room, I would have expected better quality furnishings and accessories. The building is generally pretty quiet on the plus side. The bed is creaky and noisy, the bed linen was old, stained and crumpled (there's also about 5 unnecessary pillows which then take up some of the limited storage space.
