Eastham, Cape Cod - Litorale della costa della città

Dock della comunità privata. Divano letto convertibile (letto matrimoniale) e sedia (due letti). Entrambi sono molto comodi. Cottage accogliente appositamente chiamato Port Side che si trova proprio sul bordo dell'acqua della Cove Town. È un affascinante luogo di vacanza sul lungomare che è più che confortevole con il suo piano attuale che può ospitare da due a cinque persone. Prendi la tua canoa o kayak e scendi nel tramonto dal tuo cortile. A soli 20 piedi da Town Cove, dove è possibile, barca e prendere il sole sul ponte, prato privato o bacino della comunità. Godetevi le splendide e ampie viste sull'acqua della baia cittadina da questo tranquillo casolare appartato. Belle albe e tramonti direttamente dalla tua porta, camera da letto e veranda chiusa.

La camera da letto principale offre una vista sulla baia. Questa camera ha un nuovo materasso full size, un piccolo armadio e due uffici. L'accogliente veranda chiusa si trasforma in una camera da letto privata per una persona con una sedia di grandi dimensioni che si trasforma in un letto singolo. Scaffalature, cassetti e ganci per riporre i vestiti.

Cucina ha una gamma di gas ed è completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, tostapane, tostapane, frullatore, padelle, pentole, piatti, utensili e contenitori di stoccaggio. La finestra sul lavandino si affaccia sulla baia e sul tavolo da picnic e sul grill a gas.

Soggiorno ha un LCD 32 pollici TV a colori con lettore DVD e TV satellitare. Broad band internet. Telefono. Buona ricezione del telefono cellulare. Il divano si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale molto comodo senza bar!

Se stai cercando quel pic-nic per i giorni estivi o un posto per quella cena romantica, rilassatevi dalla costa della città o guardate il tramonto ... tante bellezze all'aperto in attesa di essere scoperte e potrete sperimentare tutto seduto nella vostra comoda Adirondack Sedie dal bordo delle acque. Meno di un miglio e 5 minuti dai servizi di Orleans (negozi, ristoranti, antiquari, teatri ecc.) E conveniente per le spiagge di Eastham bay e la riva nazionale sull'Oceano Atlantico.

Tutte le attività Il Capo è famoso per pochi minuti. Il centro nazionale di Seashore, la luce di Nauset, la guardia costiera e le spiagge di Cape Cod, nuotare e pescare con acqua salata e pesca, osservare le balene, il rifugio della Wildlife Refuge della società, passeggiate nella natura, il sentiero ferroviario di Cape Cod per lunghe gite in bicicletta, Teatro, spettacoli d'arte, cinema, negozi di antiquariato, ristoranti, caffè e negozi. The town cove cottage was perfect for our first family trip to the cape! It has all the necessities and a beautiful view. It was close to so many great beaches and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

The location was great, but the cottage itself is overpriced for what you get. It's really basic, the kitchen needs a major update and the furniture could use it too. Getting out of the area these cottages are in gets you out on a road that's almost impossible to turn left on, it's a high speed road so access out is risky, at best. It just looks better from the outside than the inside. Still, if you're willing to pay this price for a VERY basic place, it works.

Fantastic getaway!

This was a wonderful place for me, my husband and our 18 year old daughter. We had an initial issue, but Jackie took care of it as quickly as possible.It’s a perfect location for exploring the cape. We went to five baseball games and 2 shows and it was a great middle point for our adventures.The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (but no lobster pot), and the weather was nice enough that my daughter could use the porch as her bedroom. The a/c units were perfect.The view is amazing. We took our coffee every morning on the lawn and watched the water. My husband even “fished” from the dock (no catching). Neighbors were super nice & quiet.A peaceful oasis. Thank you!!!

its just ok. It’ll do and all, but the property needs some TLC put towards it. Bed was comfy, water pressure for the shower was good. No microwave, no blow dryer, no kayak, no soap for bathroom.

Excellent Stay by the Cove

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful hideaway tucked right by Town Cove in Eastham. The setting was calm and scenic, perfect for slow mornings with a view and easy access to the best of Cape Cod—including Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Beach, and local trails. The space was spotless, private, and thoughtfully equipped, with seamless keypad entry, WiFi.. Whether we were relaxing by the water or exploring nearby Orleans and the National Seashore, this stay offered everything we hoped for. A perfect romantic retreat—we’d absolutely come back!

Hidden Gem!

The cottage is exactly as described in the listing and in the pictures. It’s an adorable little Cape Cod cottage on the cove. 500 square feet is big enough for 4-5 people. The bathroom was surprisingly larger than expected! small kitchen but that along with the outdoor grill provides enough for cooking daily meals. If you are looking to cook a large meal I would suggest bringing larger pots/pans as there are limited supplies given the size of the place. The small beach and dock are public but private. No one was there during our stay. The cottage is off route 6 but down a private cul de sac with beautiful homes around it. We fished off the dock and made a fire at night in the fire pit. The cottage is in close proximity to many cape cod beaches, salt ponds and only a 40 minute drive to PTown.Overall the place is just adorable and so peaceful. We will definitely be back!!

Eastham Cove Cottage

Loved the location. But there was no hair dryer or microwave as listed. When brought to the property manager’s attention the reply stated that the microwave died during the previous rental and said, “Use the toaster oven.” We got the impression that they really didn’t care. Bathroom also had an odor that does not go away even with extra cleaning.

Nice Location, but poorly maintained house. Pictures are not current.

The pictures of this house make it look like a cute place in a great setting, but that's NOT quite accurate. All the pictures are dated...which we can tell by the colors of the cabinets in the kitchen. The painting of the house was sloppy and peeling. The setting is nice and the house has potential, but it is in dire need of maintenance, including professional painting, and carpentry and general upkeep. There was peeling paint both inside and out. There was also a mature bee hive on the patio overhang, which made the patio unusable. Had the property been properly maintained, it would not have been there. Our booking was for 2 guests, however, the owner assumed that we'd only need one set of sheets and blamed it on the cleaning staff for not leaving extras. (Two guest doesn't mean they share a bed.) We notified him at check-in, but he did not provide another set and instead asked us to take time away from our vacation and buy some at TJ Maxx. We did this, and then he complained about buying another set since he had additional sets in the locked attic. The only bedding we found were pillows (without covers) and a soiled blanket. Otherwise the house is well appointed (aside from extra sheets). The

Wonderful stay! Comfy cute cabin on the cove. A few suggestions: Provide a pot large enough for a few ears of corn, or a few lobsters. Figure out how to keep bugs out, we were badly bitten. Other than that, great stay! Figure

Great spot on the water Cottage is dated with some newer appliances. Ants were present in every area of the dwelling. Doors, windows are very old as is the entire building. Location can’t be beat

Would book again. Jackey's place is the quintessential Cape Cod cottage with a beautiful view and setting. Close enough to where you want to go on the Cape as well.

Perfect Cottage for a Long Weekend

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip. The cottage met all our needs! We always prefer to have a kitchen so that we have the option of meals in. Being right on the water afforded us with gorgeous sunrises each morning. The convenience of the location on Rte 6 made it easy to get to Provincetown or any other nearby town. The cottage is tucked away enough from the road that it was very quiet, and very little road noise can be heard. A 5 minute drive to the Salt Pond visitor center and Coast Guard beach, Nauset Light beach, etc. on the outer cape and more beaches on the bay side (First Encounter). We hope to be back some day.

Cute cottage

Perfect for what we needed for two adults and one 14 y.o. Right on the water with beautiful views. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need, including paper towels and sandwich bags, etc), although I wish it had a lobster pot. Nice sized bathroom (also tissues and toilet paper included ) It is off of a busy street, so getting in and out of the driveway is a bit tricky during heavy traffic times. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay on the bay. It was sunny and beautiful while we were there so this enhanced the experience. We were able to get a fire going in the fire pt and that was enjoyable for our family. The parking space was nice.
