“This hotel is light, spacious and modern, The vast open-plan lobby/seating area/ breakfast area and bar (with pool table) is tastefully appointed and exudes calm. The rooms are clean, well appointed and light. I stayed for 7 nights on the 9th floor and had a wonderful view over Spartanburg’s baseball stadium. On the !0th floor is Rick Erwin’s Level Ten restaurant which is excellent and provides spectacular views from its large terrace (particularly at sunset) and has a menu to match. I highly...

“There was painting to the outside of building. Windows are all covered door to parking lot blocked. I had to walk around the building to get to my car. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful. Hotel will be much nicer when all updates are done”

“The place was comfortable and beautiful. I had a separate sitting area the staff was helpful. llike mostley housekeepers.The bedroom area was extremely large and had a indoor balcony set up. The bathroom was a little tight that was the only inconvenience.Beaides that it was everything plus more. Very nice in door and outdoor pool area. A beautiful restaurant and I very nice open bar in the middle of the lobby. So that was a great surprise. I will definitely be staying again..”

“After working outside in the heat all day, it was disappointing that the room air conditioner was off and the room was hot. It took several hours for the room to cool off enough to be able to go to sleep. The self made waffles were the highlight of the free breakfast. The home fries had little flavor. “We only stayed one night, but that was enough to be bitten by BED BUGS!! I called to let the staff know the next day, but the answer they gave was that they looked and didn't see them. I sent pictures of my hand and leg, and it is unquestionably bed bugs. Hopefully they took care of it, but I didn't get the impression they were overly concerned about the issue.”
