Hotel vicino a W Square - Spartanburg

“Everything about this hotel is GREAT!”

“Great location and interior in darn good shape. Great value.”

“The outside appearance and parking was less to be desired, but the room was clean and comfortable. The reason for a non excellent rating was the heatpump growled and burped all night long. Good place, easy check-in and no hassels for a quick overnight stop.”

“The hotel was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful.”

“Looks nothing like the pictures. Non smoking rooms smell smokey, rooms half cleaned, no toiletries, ice machine looked like a bacteria breeding ground. Get reading to check in with an agent on a kiosk and have they few people there not even acknowledge you.”

“Great stay”

“The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay”

“Room was clean and well organized. Staff was friendly.”

“our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms.”
