“Excellent spot for late departures and arrivals from Gatwick airport. The room was clean, fairly equipped and comfortable. Late check-in options available and easily accessed. Highly recommended!”

“I don't why hotels staff usually stick the the bare minimum. I arrived at 1pm, and apparently no rooms were ready before 3pm (really? on a Tuesday?). I was given a room for which you have to take the lift AND the stairs; I asked to change with a room accessible by lift only. I was given the smallest room they had (I saw it from the emergency map). If you are not full, why not given to your guest the best service you can, rather than the minimum? I will unlikely come back here.”

“Great stay for the price & owner Alex was very accommodating during my entire stay! Was a tad sad about technical difficulties while attempting to use WiFi (& I did let Alex know this too & he attempted to correct issue, to no avail) & inability to access thermostat (building's historic with no built-in temperature unit), I'd DEFINITELY still recommend it, as it's very comparable for the price!”

“L’albergo si trova nelle immediate vicinanze da due fermate metropolitane (3 min). Consiglio quest’albergo per poter facilmente visitare la città o per raggiungere l’aeroporto di heatrow o altre mete. La pulizia della stanza era ottimo, ci tornerei.”

Personale cordiale, Buona colazione, nella norma. Ottima qualità del sonno. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono considerando posizione e di essere a Londra. Lo consiglierei in definitiva.”

“Never even got to stay here after booking months and months ago for marathon weekend. The property originally confirmed the booking then went silent. We never got sent any check in details and they didn’t reply to our message on the app the day before check in asking for these. After worrying we’d turn up with nowhere to stay we contacted Hotels.com who contacted the property who then confirmed ‘they couldn’t find our booking’ and were now fully booked.
