“Very pleasant stay! Everything was fresh, clean, comfortable and up to date. Pool was closed during our stay, but we wouldn’t have used it this time and notice was given. Highly recommend.”

“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”

“The front desk clerk was the only good part of my experience. The hotel is not as pictured. One building includes updated rooms (54) and one building is dilapidated (52). I opened the door to my room to find it filthy. The room had clearly not been swept or vacuumed in some time, let alone between guests. There was used body jewelry found on the floor. The bathroom sink did not drain. The room provided was not suitable for occupancy. Avoid this property. The management is not helpful and is...

“Great location, spacious rooms and a lot of nice shop and restaurants close to the hotel. The only problem is that it's expensive. ”

“Parking is great, staff are helpful, but not the cleanest so don't get your expectations up.”

“The older gentleman at the front desk was just lovely. The hotel was easy to find. Everything was clean. The hotel is older and worn around the edges, but what’s important is clean and allows for a good night sleep.”

“The floor was extremely sticky and gross. The shower was not cleaned well. The curtains didn’t close so we had extremely bright room at night. There were several incidents of load banging on the floor above us that was never addressed by staff even though we told them. The breakfast was disgusting.”
