“The Airport/City shuttle Is extremely useful. Rooms clean but very expensive compared to the position and to the property conditions. Rich breakfast. Vey poor options for nearby dining venues (Just a bowling pub in front of the hotel, with low-quality food and not so safe at night)”

“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”

“The people here were amazing. Every interaction was delightful from start to finish. That being said, the property could use some work. The elevator sounded sketchy, and the room could use updating and maintenance. Despite the disrepair, the staff was so wonderful I would come back regardless. Thank you to the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast/kitchen staff. ”

“Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom.”

“I stay at this hotel often. Expedia has a great breakfast Boucher in the amount of $56. The restaurant downstairs says that is open from 7 AM to 11 AM for breakfast. This past weekend I went downstairs at 7:30 the person at the restaurant entrance said the chef has not arrived that he is late and that will call my room when he arrives. This is now the third time that this has happened where the chef is not there at 7 AM. The food is excellent. ”

“Boston Marriott Newton was my high school summer job many years ago. In between that and 2o years, I have recommended the hotel because of my experience there and because I'm a local. Last weekend I stayed at the hotel and everything was wonderful. The bed, climate control, comfort, quiet, etc. But this review drops big time because they apparently charge for WiFi. Most third world countries give out free WiFi and in 2026 in America we are now doing that to people? Or force them to submit their...

“Great location, spacious rooms and a lot of nice shop and restaurants close to the hotel. The only problem is that it's expensive. ”
