“The people here were amazing. Every interaction was delightful from start to finish. That being said, the property could use some work. The elevator sounded sketchy, and the room could use updating and maintenance. Despite the disrepair, the staff was so wonderful I would come back regardless. Thank you to the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast/kitchen staff. ”

“I made our reservation months in advance on Expedia for our trip to the Boston Marathon. I confirmed our reservation twice the week before, including less than 24 hrs before our arrival. I sent a message to the hotel that we would be arriving late, and received confirmation asking if I would like to upgrade my room. Despite all of this, when we arrived at Sonesta Braintree, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and our reservation would not be honored. When I asked the front desk...

“The Airport/City shuttle Is extremely useful. Rooms clean but very expensive compared to the position and to the property conditions. Rich breakfast. Vey poor options for nearby dining venues (Just a bowling pub in front of the hotel, with low-quality food and not so safe at night)”

“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”

“Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom.”

“Si presenta bene. Poi emergono alcuni aspetti negativi: finestre sigillate unica fonte ingresso aria il condizionatore...molto rumoroso. Nel bagno solo alcuni prodotti. No bagno schiuma ...no tappetino. Poca insonorizzazione. Non ci tornerei ”
