“I had a great stay at the Residence Inn Boston Dedham. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located near Legacy Place and the commuter rail, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the pool and the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice added benefit. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.”

“difficulty at check in with door lock. It was inoperable and we waited till 10:00pm to get into our room after checking in at 9pm and a long day of travel. ”

“The Airport/City shuttle Is extremely useful. Rooms clean but very expensive compared to the position and to the property conditions. Rich breakfast. Vey poor options for nearby dining venues (Just a bowling pub in front of the hotel, with low-quality food and not so safe at night)”

“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”

“I booked a Queen and a Twin bed and only got a twin. The whole apartment had this funky smell to it. All the amenities were shared so there which I wasn’t informed about. One of the twin beds had a broken frame and neither one had a box spring underneath. One of the bathroom doors was broken and hard to close, which honestly had me concerned. “Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. The place was so bad ,if you had a shower ,you would come...

“AC didn't work had to transfer room after first night also the Air Conditioning unit while not generating air continued making noises all night driving us crazy. Lost sleep and would expect compensation”

“Plenty of parking in front & side of hotel. Unfortunately the charging stations are in the back corner of the overflow parking lot in the back. Other than that I will book here again when visiting Boston again”
