“The Airport/City shuttle Is extremely useful. Rooms clean but very expensive compared to the position and to the property conditions. Rich breakfast. Vey poor options for nearby dining venues (Just a bowling pub in front of the hotel, with low-quality food and not so safe at night)”

“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”

“Sistemazione in un edificio storico abbastanza centrale, raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Camera molto angusta. Bagno condiviso (ma questo già si sapeva). Quello che non si sapeva erano le condizioni di pulizia del bagno, con quantità di capelli a terra, non al piano, scaletta stretta e ripida. Niente colazione (anche questo si sapeva). Nessuna persona di riferimento, fatto tutto via mail, con codici per l'entrata (funzionanti). Wi-Fi talvolta andava e veniva. Rapporto qualità prezzo...

“Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom.”

“The Room was clean , staff were nice. There was a kid running in the hallway but other than it was a good experience. The hotel and staff were excellent ”

“I have to say I am very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. We reserved a deluxe king room on the executive level with a sofa bed, but upon arrival, none of these rooms were available. Instead, we were given a handicap-accessible room on the second floor facing a back patio where people gathered and talked at all hours. To make matters worse, instead of a proper sofa bed, my son was given a rollaway bed with an extremely hard mattress. The bathroom lacked even basic space to place...

“Si presenta bene. Poi emergono alcuni aspetti negativi: finestre sigillate unica fonte ingresso aria il condizionatore...molto rumoroso. Nel bagno solo alcuni prodotti. No bagno schiuma ...no tappetino. Poca insonorizzazione. Non ci tornerei ”
