“Always a great stay”

“Durante il soggiorno ho visto un topo nel corridoio interno antistante la mia camera. Segnalato l’accaduto a più dipendenti, compreso il manager, nessuno ha manifestato sorpresa e preso provvedimenti. Solo scuse di circostanza senza alcuna compensazione. Avendo la camera al piano terra il topo circolava vicino alla zona della colazione. Scarsa la pulizia e non funzionava neanche la piscina. Pessimo! Strano che sia un Hilton…”

“Arriving at 9:00pm after an intercontinental flight I could not get my booked room. My credit card, perfectly working, was denied by the system. The only support received by the personnel was letting me try and try again. Cash not accepted. I had to change hotel, and the card magically worked.”

“The Airport/City shuttle Is extremely useful. Rooms clean but very expensive compared to the position and to the property conditions. Rich breakfast. Vey poor options for nearby dining venues (Just a bowling pub in front of the hotel, with low-quality food and not so safe at night)”

“Si presenta bene. Poi emergono alcuni aspetti negativi: finestre sigillate unica fonte ingresso aria il condizionatore...molto rumoroso. Nel bagno solo alcuni prodotti. No bagno schiuma ...no tappetino. Poca insonorizzazione. Non ci tornerei ”

“Albergo bello, superiore alle attese, belle camere, silenzioso e con la stazione di North Quincy a 2 passi che tramite Red Line permette di essere al centro di Boston in 20 minuti.”

“Great room, exactly as described. The VIP room has snacks and drinks available all day as well as couches, chairs, and 2 big TVs. The pool is heated which is great seeing how ita freezing here. Staff is super friendly and professional. Its been a great stay. ”

“Staff was great, rooms were comfortable, great beds. Nice walk in showers, good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was okay, coffee available all day. Location was good, I’d stay again. ”
