“There where dirty sheets and we had to way over 3 hours for clean sheets”

“The hotel is a little tired. However, I understand they are getting a light refresh this summer. When going to bed, I pulled my sheets back to see a dirty snot laden fitted sheet. OMG! They gave me new sheets, but after receiving the correct size, I had to remake the bed myself. ”

“The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered...

“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”
