Hotel vicino a Eclipse Leisure Centre - Staines

Il bar all’interno è aperto solo in determinati orari. Nel complesso hotel gradevole”

“The rooms and common areas could be cleaner. Odor control is needed, especially in the restaurant area.”

“Camera prepagata cancellata, promesso rimborso per ospitare collega. Niente rimborso. Colazione pessima peggio media inglese”

“If you do Not want to sleep it is the place to be. Every time someone showered it was as if it was in my room. There was some massive type of plumbing noise at anytime of the night it was terrible at 1 am or 4 am was it someone or something else I do not know. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and pleasant. The good thing is the location”

“Nice stay close to airport”

“The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.”

“all good in general”

“Staff”

“Checkin experience by far the worst in 20 years of staying in hotels. Very rude and disrespectful check in staff - unhelpful and unprofessional Hotel on the other hand was very nice but ruined by the checkin experience . Not recommended”

“Very nice stay”

“This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp -...
