They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. “The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again.”

“Tutto relativamente ok, letto comodo ma cuscino durissimo. Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. Assurdo. ”

“From when we arrived to when we left, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay, there were half term activities for the kids and extra swimming times. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant one evening, but was disappointed the other restaurant was closed. High tea and breakfast in the orchid room was great. Our room was spacious and very comfortable! Will definitely be visiting again. ”
