“Struttura molto grande composta da tre corpi principali: tents - springs- gardens. La zona delle tende è di gran lunga la più bella. La piscina con vista vulcano è veramente spettacolare. Le tende sono proprio come si vedono in foto. Piscina privata calda con amaca vista giungla. Il bagno è molto grande e confortevole. Il servizio ed il confort è veramente da top hotel del mondo. Sie haben immer ein Lachen auf den Lippen, grüsen einen jedes mal freudestrahlend. Sie organisieren alles für einen und stehen mit rat und tat zur seite. “I appreciate the staff holding our reservations as we experienced flight delays due to inclement weather. Security checked us in after hours very quickly and had keys ready to escort us to our rooms. Very clean, really good door seals to keep humidity out and efficient AC. THANK YOU!”

“The bungalows are a bit rustic, which I loved. My bungalow was very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. The AC works well. There’s an area by the sink to hang clothes. The refrigerator is spacious. The desk was perfect for me to set up my laptop. I needed to borrow an adapter from the front desk, which was no problem. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.”

“We spent 2 nights in the hotel. Truly a great find! Each suite is an independent cabaña with its own terrace and garden. The room was very big, comfortable bed and indoors jacuzzi (which we didn’t try) outlooking the garden. Room is well isolated so animals won’t wake you up. Great views in the morning of the volcano, tropical plants. We added breakfast which was served at the room (if you wake up early for a tour they can give you toast and fruit early in the morning, if later you’ll get the...

La cascata nel bagno (oltre alla doccia) e la vasca idromassaggio privata in terrazza sono davvero fantastiche. Piscina bellissima (riscaldata di sera) davvero rilassante con seggiolini del bar immersi nell'acqua dove puoi sorseggiare un cocktail immerso nelle acque del vulcano. “The apartment we stayed in was very clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. The pool was lovely. The locatiin was great, very central and clise to restaurants, grocery store and shops. A quick uber ride to the hot springs. I woukd highly recommend Villas Fortuna Boutique Hotel.”
