“The room next door had a bath tub spa which was up against my rooms bed headboard When the spa tub was turned the noise and vibration was like a jet liner sitting on top of my room. This crazy load noise and vibration went on for and hour, before the folks next door turned it off. Then I was able to get to sleep. Terrible noise problem with spa tub.”

“With all the money you guys want to charge for staying the night you would want to have clean respectable rooms and customer service. We work on the roads around you and work night shift”

“We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

“Came here for my honeymoon and was not disappointed! Great view from our 3rd floor balcony of the entire lake and the mountains. They left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates as well as a sweet note about our honeymoon. It was within close walking range of shopping centers and restaurants, which we definitely took advantage of. Such a nice stay!”

“Over all staff was helpful, when I send them a message they reply fast . The parking is a little tight . The size of the room was good too, a full size bed with bunk beds . Pet friendly just need to pay a few before you go.”
