“The room was small. No chair, no couch, no place to put luggage out of the way. The shower stall door was broken and the bathroom was very small with no room to move around with two people. My husband fixed the blind in our room because it was broken. The water took 30 sec or more to get hot. Loved the breakfast.”

“Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. ”

“This place was definitely peaceful the river view room is the best choice for a short stay. The amenities are nice the pool is a bit worn as far as the bottom of the pool had some cracks in the flooring however it’s still very clean and well kept. The hot tub is amazing however if I could change one thing is how long it stayed open (closes at 9:30) SHARP !! The free coffee and tea in the lobby is a plus, The staff was very nice and chill . “The Grey Fox Inn was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Our only issue involved a booking error. We accidentally checked in a day later than the dates that were originally booked. On our second day, we were informed that we did not actually have a reservation for that night. Because we booked through Expedia, the inn would not apply the unused night we had already paid for toward the additional night we needed. As a result, we had to pay for another night even though one...

“We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The view was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return for our next visit to Stowe!”

“No gym on the premises and the door to our room opened and closed really hard. The heat/air conditioner was confusing from lower floor to top floor. The room was gorgeous though and the wedding we were there for was great. Super fun spacious 2-floor room. Very nice! Walking distance to a lot of places nearby too.”
