“Amazing bungalow in a lovely quiet area. Beds were so comfy I didn’t want to get out ! There were toys for the children, a jigsaw for the grown ups, dog treats and poop bags if you had a dog. We had crisps and biscuits left out for our arrival. What a nice touch. The hot tub was amazing, we didn’t want to get out of that either ! The only downside was we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it all. ”

“Beautifully converted barn in a stunning location. We all loved it, and the garden is secure so dogs can’t run out. Will definitely book again! ”

“The home was perfect for what we were looking for, which was just a home base to relax in and visit with family in the area. It has easy access to the rail station, grocery store, and downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen supplies were basic, but enough to put together some simple meals after a trip to the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable. There is a bit of traffic noise, but that’s really only because we were there in August and needed to open windows. We would stay again...

“A lovely designed cottage in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our long weekend stay for our son’s Birthday. We went on a couple of walks whilst we were there and the family relaxed at the cottage with added bonus of a hot tub to relax after the walks. We must also give a big mention to michael whose communication was first class, helping us with anything we needed and even suggesting to do and local taxi services. Prior to the stat and during he was always there to assist with anything we asked.”

“The house is so lovely, it has everything you need and being in the centre of Penrith is just a bonus, found a few lovely places to eat and overall we had a great weekend. It is a house that I could easily live in.”

“Staying at The Cottage was like being at home, welcoming and comfortable. It was even decorated for Christmas when we arrived! Benjamin was a wonderful host and responded quickly to our queries. The location is perfect for getting to many beautiful locations, there is a well-stocked small grocery store down the block and parking was always available. We will certainly stay here again and might just move in!”

“Overall the property was clean and well decorated. However one issue I think it should be made clear as to how steep and shallow the stairs are. This together with the two part banister made it difficult for my wife.”

“We loved our stay and were delighted with the property, a stunning barn conversion in a pretty village - three large en-suite bedrooms with comfy beds and double height living area, tastefully furnished, well equipped kitchen and a beautiful well-kept garden. Clear communication with hosts before and during our stay, they provided helpful information about the surrounding area and the welcome pack was much appreciated.”
