“pretty dingy appearing in rooms. staff when we checked in did NOT know that parking is complimentary and was pretty unhelpful. staff at checkout was much more helpful!”

“Absolutely disgusting. The first room had no table or coat rack or comforter and smelled like cigarettes. They moved me to another room that had a grimy bathroom and again no comforter, plus a broken heater. The owner tried to get into the room without announcing himself. I don’t know how this place is allowed to be open. ”

“Room was updated, spacious, and clean. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was small but you can park in the museum of play lot and get it validated at the hotel.”

“The best part was the breakfast, which had some type of hot eggs, breakfast meat and waffles each day along with staples like toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I would not have stayed here if I had realized it was pet friendly. We found dog food in the middle of the floor of our room and the carpet had dog hair throughout. “My 2 night stay with my dog was very pleasant. Room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the “studio” part of the room. Kinda did feel like home away from home. The pet area and outside was well lit which was good at night for this single lady. I really enjoyed the fire pit out front on a nice evening. Cannot comment on the breakfast because I only had coffee but it did look like a nice spread.”

“The room was filthy. Had to ask for clean bedding it was gross! There was no soap at all. Smelled like beer and cigarettes! I’ve stayed at many Red Roof Hotels and this was by far the worst. There was blood or poop smeared on the bathroom wall! Absolutely disgusting! ”
