Hotel vicino a Jones Square Park - Rochester

“Very nice hotel to stay in due to its cleanliness, welcoming and friendly staff, amenities and conveniently close to the Strong Museum of Play. I would stay here again and again if I come to Rochester, NY.”

“Hot water broken. Closet doors didn’t open and close. Changed rooms. Also has similar problem. Jacuzzi tub wouldn’t fill properly. No drain plugs. Hallway carpets dirty. Desk table in room wobbly , severely. Sofa bed dirty, no sheets , and cushions didn’t fit right ….we had already changed rooms. This was the new room. Parking a disaster, garage not connected internally. Fifty percent of staff excellent , first percent either ride or disinterested in customer service. NEVER staying there...

“My family and I had a huge, clean, one bedroom room that was perfect, except that the bathroom was in the room, so our kids had to walk through our room to use it. Breakfast was better than most other hotels we’ve been to, but the layout of the breakfast area is terrible, a very crowded and small area. The location is ok, the river is pretty cool, and there is halal food across the street that was very good. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

“The gym was excellent and a real improvment. The rooms were upgraded since my last visit and this was a much needed improvement as well.”

“Hotel was very clean and the staff was great! Expressway is very loud in the rooms though, need windows to be more insulated. Also, the lights and a/c cut off after 10 minutes when there isn't movement in the room. This means when watching TV or sleeping the room will get warm in the summer.”
