The close proximity to the Red Line L puts the entire city in reach for those non- baseball outings and site seeing. The North Halsted neighborhood, while maybe not for everyone, is such a vibrant and welcoming place. We will be back!”

“Convenient location to Wrigley and surrounding bars/restaurants. Not having staff was inconvenient as it’s unclear how to get in to the building as it’s locked. Only saw one worker who was managing everything on a Cubs game day. Would stay again knowing what I do now but as a first timer it was challenging and not like most hotel experiences.”

“This property is within view of Wrigley Field. For the price, in the middle of the summer it was reasonably priced. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun, local places to eat. The Addison Red Line stop is a 5 minute walk from the location. Two key observations to share. First, you will not talk to an actual person when you visit. “I ALWAYS stay at this hotel when I'm in Evanston. Though I'm accustomed to the trains passing through, my partner (doesn't always travel to this hotel with me) noted that he was disturbed by the noise. I appreciate that public transit is so easily accessible. Everything is in walking distance and Evanston is pleasantly walkable. The buffet breakfast is affordable and tasty. You really can't go wrong with this hotel.”

“Some spaces look like they could use touchup and rehab but overall a cute little boutique hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Love the coffee in the morning another nice touch would be maybe some pastries or muffins something simple to grab and go. The biggest complaint is we were on the second floor on the right side and faced the parking garage and the blinds did not block out the lights. And the noise. I don’t know if people are just loud or the door slam shut but at 3 AM midnight...
