“Loved the staff there. I accidentally booked my room on the wrong day and they helped me get everything figured out and got my room booked for the correct day with no losses. I also lost my wallet in the room and the when the house keeper found it they turned it into the front desk with everything in it.”

“I had a very disappointing stay at Quality Inn & Suites Lafayette. This was room 143, and it was clearly not cleaned properly. There was pubic hair on the toilet, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and the room had a strong foul odor from the moment we walked in. We checked in very late and noticed these issues right away, but chose to ignore them to avoid moving all our belongings to another room. After settling in, we checked under the beds due to the smell, but they were enclosed, so nothing...

The second room found bedbugs in they moved us room and comped us one night and gave us quarters to dry all our belongings. Some of the staff was rude and acted like they just didn’t care and then acted like it was our fault ”

“Awful conditions, looked absolutely nothing like the photos. Smelled very bad, room was dirty. Outside was not kept up well and there was trash all over. Appeared people were living there like a motel. Even the door lock in the room was loose. Felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel, attempting to get our refund back.”

“The room was extremely clean, up to date and comfortable. Staff helped me with some personal care items as a one-day trip had turned to two. I was able to print some work documents there, which was great. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room, and I used both. There is highway noise at this location. ”
