“The stay here was a horrible experience. The hotel uses a parking garage near by. When checking in I had to park on the 5th level. 1) The elevator at the garage was out of order so I had to take the stairs even though I was recently recovering from a broken foot. When I complained at the hotel they said it was not their garage a that the elevator had been out of order for over a year! Unacceptable! 2) when I left the garage with my car later in the day I discovered the validation of the...

“The room was clean, including the beds, sheets, side table, writing table and TV area and the floor. The decor was colorful! The breakfast is basically cereal with milk. Would stay here again. The area around this place is complete blah, but wasn't anything we cared about.”

“Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. BEWARE: They charge $ 100 AFTER they've already charged you for the room. For " in case of damages" even though the card is on file. When go to collect deposit upon leaving, "it takes a few days" Not sure they know how deposits work. And as far as "in case of damages"..the whole room is already dameaged. Microwave didnt work, only fan worked on wall unit so good luck in summer., bathroom fixtures coming out of wall, the whole place smells like unflused toilets....

“Awful conditions, looked absolutely nothing like the photos. Smelled very bad, room was dirty. Outside was not kept up well and there was trash all over. Appeared people were living there like a motel. Even the door lock in the room was loose. Felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel, attempting to get our refund back.”

“Most comfortable stay in a spacious suite with great breakfasts. Really nice staff throughout. We will be returning. This is a perfect option in Lafayette. Convenient to everything yet very quiet.”

“Property was clean and updated. There was some construction going on that limited elevator use, but we stayed on the first floor so we were not impacted. I would have preferred non-feather pillows. Pool and hot tub were perfect, though towels ran out. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again,”

“Overall, I had a good stay. This was the first motel where I saw white bed covers, and that immediately made me feel like the bedding was actually clean, which I appreciated. Everything else was good overall. The only small downside was that the bathroom was very small, barely enough space for one person, but it was manageable and not a major issue.”
