Witness up close the unique salt marsh and tidal creek habitat unique to the Lowcountry. You will notice changing scenery as the marsh floods and drains by the tidal movement of the adjacent St. Helena sound. Tour the area and discover local attractions like public beach access less than two miles away, The Plantation Course at Edisto, Edisto Beach State Park, and the Serpentarium. After a day full of activities, cool off in the sparkling pool on-site.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in your favorite show on the large TV, or serving brunch on the private balcony. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with ample cupboard room, a breakfast bar, and a quaint dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, boasting a private entrance to the balcony and a lovely en suite bathroom.

Bay Creek pool is open seasonally and is generally closed from October - April.
Check-in occurs at the local management office, not directly at the rental unit. The local management office is located at 495 SC-174, Edisto Island, SC 29438, next to Ace Hardware.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located in Bay Creek Villas. Boats, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
