“The room wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay. There were faeces in the toilet, dead bugs, and the shower head was faulty, hair on the bed side tables. ”

“I've been staying here few times and it's always been clean and the staff being friendly and this time they gave me room no. 1 which is very convenient for me and my wife as we're elderly. The only thing missing was toothbrush otherwise everything else was provided. I've stayed at other accommodation in the area but this is the best .”

“Staff went into my room when I was out the first night I was there some man was yelling and screaming for over 2 hours and the staff didn't do a thing about it and then he started again at 5.45am in the morning not a good stay”
