“Please pay attention to the food and beverage credit from skipping daily housekeeping. It can only be used in the restaurant. I don't mind the credit after all. But It wasted my time trying to use it for drinks by the front desk, for which I was told by two staff members that I can use the credit. When I went for the drink, the third staff member refused to let me use the credit by showing me the smallest fine prints. I have nothing against the third staff member. Just hope the management would...

“The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional, which made a real difference to our stay. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of variety and more than enough to choose from. The room and bed were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised overall and would highly recommend staying here. If there were a six-star rating, Sudima Christchurch City would absolutely deserve it.”

“Ampia stanza e grande bagno, dotato di tutto il necessario. Letto comodo e wifi funzionante, ma non darei 4 stelle e mezzo perche ' l ' arredamento e' del tutto normale. Simpatica , disponibile ed accogliente la proprietaria. Vicino a tutto, ma del resto il centro di Christchurch è piccolo e non c' e' granche'”

“This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and clean with lovely decor. The location was great within walking distance to everything. The staff at the front desk were all very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again if in Christchurch.”

“Parking tight as motel was full. Close to casino and town. TV options poor. Says SKY but very limited. Staff noisy around 7:30am. No consideration if you want a sleep in. ”

“Our stay was for 4 nights. It was nice to have b/f each day. Would have been nice that hosts offered hard boiled eggs and maybe croissants on at least one of our mornings. Coffee was excellent. The room was quite small for this long of duration. We like a hard bed and found this one quite soft. Loved the big windows! Free parking on the side of property and great location for our needs. ”

“Old tired and very over priced. Mould in the bathrooms, rooms haven’t been renovated for 20+ years. For a great building with lots of potential the hotel is nothing but disappointing. On the positive side the public gym in the basement has a cold plunge pool. ”
