“We checked in and the staff was extra nice. No elevator, but it was a short walk to the second floor. We're in the room for about an hour. We had not unpacked, we had some food, and I noticed roaches. Not bed bugs house roaches. We immediately packed up and left.Because I can't stay where there are roaches, they get in your clothes or suitcases, you get em home.It's too hard to get rid of them. I told the staff and he insisted, they didn't have roaches, which I had seen with my own eyes. They...

“This was so bad we did not stay! It was dirty, strong smell of weed and urine in the hall ways. The air conditioning was not working. Overall a really bad experience! The front desk did say they would see I was refunded and was friendly but have yet to see my refund.”

“I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...
