“I didn't like the smell”

“Hair still just outside the shower, room just wasn’t very clean. The lobby was kind of all over the place. Also they make you pay an additional $50 for parking. They also charge another $25 fee for some BS. Those surprise fees we not appreciated at all.”

“Struttura nuova e pulita, buona la colazione. Causa maratona non hanno potuto soddisfare la richiesta di late check-out. Unica pecca la distanza dal centro e dai mezzi pubblici. ”

“I stayed here overnight since I had an early morning flight out of the Boston International aiport and was coming from Amherst U. It was easy to get in and affordable for my needs. Unfortunately, I didn't get to sample the breakfast that is raved about. Maybe next time...”

“The price and the quality,”

“Rented one room for two adults and one teenager. Place was fine. Everything is good but the ac was not good. It's hot summer and ac is not cool at all. It was set at a higher temperature and there was nop portable fans or anything. Could not sleep the whole night because of how hot it was. Was a waste of money. The only reason to book this was to sleep the night that we were gonna be there and leave the next day. But none of us could sleep because of how hot it was inside.”

“The TV wasn't working and when I asked them about this they told me to message but they never replied or fixed anything. Also, keep in mind that the "breakfast" is a go-to breakfast which is just bread and oats and milk lying there in the kitchen. Maybe that is the idea but this should have been mentioned beforehand. The place is clean and roadside parking was available.”

“The Airport/City shuttle Is extremely useful. Rooms clean but very expensive compared to the position and to the property conditions. Rich breakfast. Vey poor options for nearby dining venues (Just a bowling pub in front of the hotel, with low-quality food and not so safe at night)”

“Siamo stati davvero contenti di aver soggiornato al Canopy, posizione ideale (a ridosso del North End e downtown Boston) e qualità della struttura 👍Camera sempre pulita e spaziosa per 2, l'hotel è raggiungibile sia con la metro che con il taxi (15 Min) dall' aeroporto. Vicino si trovano 2 fermate metro (linea verde) che ti porta diretta in zona back bay/fenway park. Possibilità di colazione in struttura presso il ristorante situato al 1° piano. Super consigliato! 💪”
