“Bodily fluids on the walls in bathroom, hairs in bathroom and in shower. Pretty gross. Beds felt clean but so hard, I woke up with a bad ache after barely sleeping because the ac turns off and on & the “consistent fan” button did not work, therefore the loud machine work me up every 5 minutes, there is a street and fire station right next door making it more noisy if you don’t use the ac and leave the window open. “The room was not entirely made - no toilet paper, no shampoo, no soap, towel sets were missing. The utensils were not available because the front desk staff said “we are short on staff, and I can either serve the guest or wash dishes”. Then, there was an emergency water shutoff notice, that notified the facility water will be shutoff from 9am to 5pm the next day. We requested to move to another hotel and Expedia helped out us. ”

“The staff were extremely polite. It was a decent room to sleep in a nice neighborhood. It definitely needs some renovations but for the price I would stay again. Sometimes staff courtesy means more and I appreciate that from the gentleman at the front desk! He was very helpful, kind, and attentive! ”

“Good location, it said the rooms are sound proof which I don’t think they are. We didn’t hear the traffic from the high way but the ppl around us. Staff was super friendly. Don’t understand the parking fee, plenty of parking. ”

“stay was very pleasant and room was nice but house cleaning didn’t clean out the fridge from the people before us as they left drinks in there and the shower had small glass shards in it ”

“We love staying here. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing especially Francisco. He was great and I’d liked that the pool was clean. I wished that the pool was heated because it was cold but other than that it was amazing. The hot tub is definitely a plus.”
