“I had a great stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge. Property is a little older but very clean and tidy and well maintained. Liked the location and the fact it had lots of walkable restaurants and stores.”

“The room was adequate, just kinda set up or arranged strangely. Needed to be more lighting. There was no choice in pillow type, they were all very stuffed, the same. Parking was covered, that was nice. Nice full length mirror. ”

“Did not have any breakfast because of their schedule time. Staff in the front office are not attentive; they go through the motions, but your request is not entered. Waste paper baskets in the room need to be emptied. It's one thing if guests put the "do not service."”

“We would definitely stay here again! The hotel was everything you want in a hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds, professional staff, and great amenities. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool both nights. The hotel is in a good area with several other hotels on the same street. And to top it off, the lobby has a wonderful scent welcoming you to the hotel.”

“There was not a working bar abd it's across the highway 1 from the beach. The patio is not on the beach. The room was beautiful and the gas fireplace was nice”

“Got put in the back housing where the concrete walls were never finished and the coaster train was not more the 25 ft from the window of our room and the coaster ran all hours of the night keeping us up everytime it passed by the building. floors were carpeted but had never been shampood at all washed our feet off and made a wash rag completely black from how dirty the floors were in the rooms.”

“Not the suite experience I hoped for. 1) They only had one elevator for the entire building so people crammed up everytime. 2) They had a tiny pool and it was filled with children all day until night so my family couldn’t enjoy some time together at the pool. 3) 80% of the hotel lights didn’t work. I’m not sure if they unplugged them to save money or why they were all not working but it was annoying trying to find a wall plug that worked for our phones to charge or lights that would...

“This property used to be very good. But they now charge for parking in a shared parking lot in a business park. The beds are old. Amenities are mediocre. Staff seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Have stayed here many times. This was my last. Not a good value for what you pay.”
