The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. “Bar, pool and nice smell in the halls”

“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

“The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.”

“Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off.”

“We honestly expected better. The facility overall is in need of maintenance. The sidewalk immediately outside main entrance is broken, uneven concrete which presents an unsafe walking surface. Parking was well lit and abundant. We arrived at 4:30 pm, a full hour and a half past the advertised check-in time, and were assigned a room which had not been cleaned yet. Jennie, the front desk lady, in particular was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She always had a pleasant greeting and a smile on her face.
