    Cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, frigorifero e lavastoviglie.
    Enorme soggiorno open space con 2 caminetti aperti, riscaldamento / raffreddamento a ciclo inverso, televisione, Foxtel (compresi tutti i canali di film e sport) in due stanze, lettore DVD e CD. Bagno in camera e due bagni moderni.
    2 camere da letto queen size con accesso alla porta scorrevole sul soleggiato balcone esposto a nord e 2 letti queen size con porte scorrevoli sulla zona coperta.

The host was responsive and easy to get along with when messaging. No linen at all in the house was hard on packing just for a few nights away. Have to bring ALL linen, renege to include tea towels, hand and foot towelsThe property was lovely, massive grassed land and great playground was appreciated. Walk to the river, so pretty and property attached with alpacas to visit over the fence was enjoyed! Great outdoor sitting areas! We'd stay again!

Weekend at Silkwood

Enjoyed our weekend stay at Silkwood. Lovely position, comfortable rain protected deck with expansive manicured grass area with river at the back and alpaca neighbours.

Motorbike Riding in the Hill

Fantastic place to stay in a big house with mates, bikes and trailers well off the main road, out of site and safe. Second time we have stayed. Highly recommend and will be back again next year.

Awesome country property

This was a great place to have a Christmas family gathering. Plenty of space in the house and the outside space and surrounding property were great. As it was hot we were able to cool down in the river which could be accessed from the property

Gorgeous position, relaxing & comfortable accommodation

The house is beautifully located, with river access and well-maintained grounds. Lots of room for everyone, kids loved the games room, comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped. We spent a wonderful family weekend and would love to have had a few more days.

A great house for families

We had a great stay at Silkwood on the Goulburn, with almost anything you could need/want in an accomodation.Also very handy having the pub walking distance away.The only negative comment would be that you have to take all your own linen and towels, as for the price, we felt this should have been included.

Beautiful location and property

The house is so big and roomy.. we went with friends and our kids and no one could fault this place. The short walk down to the river was great, and the playground was awesome! We had two minor issues, which we were advised would be fixed asap. We loved this place and have already re booked this property again.

Weekend at Silkwood on the Golbourn

We has a short Friday, Saturday night stay with our family of 8 Adults, 4 young children a baby and 2 dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, this is such a beautiful well kept property, the house is large and caters well for family or a group of friends. We had beautiful summer weather, but would be just as nice to stay in the middle of winter. Thank you.

The property was perfect for our family weekend away. All age groups catered for. Great that it was pet friendly as well. We were lucky to have beautiful spring weather and were therefore able to make the most of the extensive property. Supplying your own linen is a slight inconvenience, but it should be mentioned that you also need to bring teatowels, oven mitts and bath mats as the bathroom floors can be very slippery when wet.

Silkwood at Snobs Creek

Our large family group enjoy staying here. The house accommodates us well with plenty of space, 3 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. The beds are comfy. The house is generally clean but could be improved, ie window and door tracks have many dead blowflies, dirty exhaust fans and cobwebs. Overall a great spot but considering linen and drinking water is not supplied it’s not value for the $s

In memory of Ebony.

Great week spent with family, accommodated us all very comfortably. Plenty to keep the children & grandchildren busy. Crockery, cutlery & kitchen extras supplied, amzing right down to the cheesgrater. Beds were very comfy & the views from the back verandah were awesome. Lovely relaxing time spent down on the riverbank. Short walk to the local pub for a meal. Great place to stay overall, with a couple of tweeks would be excellent. We would stay again, next family holiday. 🤓🤓 Deb, Dave & family.

Very happy 40th weekend getaway

Rented this beautiful house to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday with a small group of friends. for the weekend. We had an amazing time. The house was very large and could easily cater for our group of 16 people. The views from the back alfresco was amazing for our birthday dinner celebrations. Our kids were also kept well entertained for the weekend playing in the playground, games room and feeding the alpacas in the neighbouring property. Would definitely revisit this property again for another weekend getaway.

Perfect spot for a group getaway

Location was amazing, little bit disappointed with the dam being a bit yucky and the tv in the games room not working with the foxtel or the amplifier but apart from that everyone was in good working order, only thing missing which I’m not even sure it has to provided was a first aid kit Overall experience was great would recommend

Great place

Really great place with plenty of rooms for a large group. The small carpet near the fire place was dirty and full of dog hair. There was not enough toilet paper considering the size of the house/ large group stay. kitchen paper towels, bath mats, body wash/shampoo was not provided neither we were told to bring our own. Overall very good place to stay, but some above points need to be considered.

Even better than the pictures

The photos do not do this place justice. In an isolated area just for you and your friends, you have an enormous backyard with a hill like environment that has a creek at the bottom. You also have a nice playground as well combined with the massive gazebo and porch area. Everything essential was provided and the space provided great flow for everything. Would 100% recommend them and contact with the appropriate team is only a quick phone call away which provided for some really cordial responses. Beautiful place. Would 100% come here again.
