“El servicio pésimo , las instalaciones el mal estado , el personal te atiende de una manera muy grosera yo soy discapacitado y no cumple con las normas de discapacidad ; La verdad no recomiendo el hotel por tiene muchas reglas tontas adentro y fuera de las instalaciones .”

“The highlight of this place is definitely the pool.. the rooms are just not clean, everything looks super old and it’s not comfortable at all.. I decided to just overlook it all because I was traveling with my kids and didn’t want to start the vacation on a negative note. The staff is amazing, this is just regarding the rooms, and also the elevators break almost everyday, I hope they pay attention to that. The hotel needs a mayor remodel, smells were strong in the bathroom also.”

“We went for 1 week with my husband and other family members. We loved our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious at the specialty restaurants; we tried the Argentinian and the Italian, our room was clean and we had fun at the adults only pool. All in all, our stay was very would highly recommend staying at El Cid Castilla Mazatlán. Thanks to all for making our stay a beautiful experience.”
