HOUSE INFO + RULES
- All Booking Alterations Request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.
- 8 Guests can sleep comfortable additional guests would need to bring mattresses or sleeping bags, towels, and anything else to make there nights stay comfortable at the house as we allow a maximum of 16 Guests in total.
-The house has AC unit in every room except the kitchen and one of the rooms that doesn't have a window to connect one.
-If you require early check in please let us know immediately same day early check in request will be declined (Early check in fee is $100- as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have ready in time)
- Must Check Out before 11:00 AM or there will be a $100 late check out fee.
- No Smoking/Vaping on the Property.
- No Parties or Events
- No Unregistered guests, unregistered guests it's a $100 per person.
- No Food/Drinks on the bed
- No Loud Noise after 9 PM to 9AM
- Respect the neighbourhood
- No shoes in the house or on the Bed.
- Keep the house clean,
- Wash your Dishes Before you Check out
- Dispose Garbage in Garbage bins upon Check out
- Put all Recycling in the Recycling Bin upon Check out
- Failure to Clean up after yourself will result in a Deep Cleaning/Unexpected Cleaning Fee of $500
-please turn off lights and air conditioners when stepping out of the house, except the one in the living room.
- Smoking/Vaping Fee: $500
- Unauthorized Parties or Events Fee: $1000
- Damage & Security deposit maybe required
-Please double-check to ensure you have collected all personal belongings. We are not liable or responsible for any items left behind. If any valuables need to be returned, there is a $75 handling fee in addition to shipping costs and any other fees incurred
