“Staff was great no usable beach. The lights from the pool next-door extremely distracting.The Air Conditioner broke the first night, but was immediately fixed the next day. Bathroom very outdated.”

They do supply bottled water, which we appreciated. Not insulated very well from noise. The frogs were very loud but I found it to be quite peaceful- my issue was the person staying below us out on the balcony all night talking loudly and smoking weed. “Customer service has been phenomenal. I have been working remote for 5 years and visiting different places and this is my favorite by far. The staff helped me find the place since I traveled an hour from San Juan, PR. When I come back to this area, I’ll definitely be back here!”

“Good location. The cons: Struggled to close door, door lock not functioning. For safety reasons I attempted to contact host to inform but no answer. Host informed the following day and said that door locked automatically once shut from the inside, but at no time did one hear the automatic lock. ”

“The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. ”

“This was a perfect location to stay if you are doing a bioluminescence bay tour- walking distance! Condo had everything we needed and was perfect. Owner was highly responsive and even allowed for an easy early check in. The only complaint we had was the local neighborhood rooster who woke us up starting at 3:30AM. Other than that, perfect stay! ”

“The power went out twice which made it hard to sleep because the place doesn’t have generators and the AC unit wasn’t working. There was a snake outside our room. The dogs barked too much. When we reached out to the host they didn’t have a solution to the problem. They didn’t provide flashlight or water. The water was running very low and many who stayed ended ip checking out. ”
