Hotel romantici a El Raval

“Everything is old,the room had no even paper towel to wipe hands, the water in the bathroom spreads all over because the door is not good closed.”

“Great location, many restaurants and attractions are walkable. Very unique beautiful building. Bed was very comfortable but sofa bed sagged. Would be nice if rooftop patio was open past 5pm. Office staff are very helpful with cabs and information. Floor and dishes could be cleaner. But overall a very good stay.”

“Great spot!”

“Our family of 4 stayed here in May 2026. Wonderfully located and you can't beat the roof top patio! Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great area of Barcelona, easy walking distance to La Rambla, Gothic Quarter, and obviously El Born. Would stay there again”

“Stayed here with 6 college-aged girls studying abroad for a weekend in Barcelona. Not only was the home spacious, clean, and perfectly located, but Sergio went above and beyond (bottle of wine, cookies, coffee machines, every other amenity) to ensure we had the best stay possible. 10/10 reccomend.”

“Non ci avrei dato un soldo all’inizio visto le recensioni negative sulla caparra e del fatto che era sporca la stanza. Sì abbiamo aspettato ore affinché la donna delle pulizie pulisse e tutti i problemi che ci sono stati ma in realtà io e il mio gruppo ci siamo divertiti, diffidenti all’inizio, certo, ma dopo tutto con la posizione centrale e con tutto quanto, ci siamo divertiti e lo raccomando come avventura.”

“We are frequent VRBO users but this property just did not cut it. We dont like to be difficult or anything, but we do need to talk about the state of the property. It is absolutely not like the pics. The dresser and other furniture is all old and rickety. The mirror in the main bedroom was slanted and could fall and break. The door handle to the main bedroom was broken/chipped and could cut a hand (my husband almost cut his) . The second bathroom shower pan is loose and comes up when stepped on...

“The office was in same building so it was extremely helpful to be able to store our luggage before and after our stay for a few hours while we transitioned to our next destination. Everyone we met who worked for the apartments were extremely helpful and friendly! ”

“Time flew by Street is a little noisy Very comfortable apartment Enjoyed our stay”

“Amazing spot in the heart of the city. Lots of great restaurants nearby (walking distance). The management team was particularly wonderful, helping with every step of the process. We will definitely be back.”

“Such a fabulous stay in Barcelona! The team was super communicative before and during our stay. The space was spacious and beautifully decorated, and in a convenient location. A little noisy at night, but the tradeoff for being in the middle of things was well worth it and easily fixed with some ear plugs.”

“Perfect location! We will be back!”

“We loved the location and the apartment ”

“Terrace is good. And more space for your comfort”

“Great location, and while the apartment has everything it said it would, the condition is terrible – very worn down and dirty. We never were able to enjoy a shower and we were there for 5 nights, because the shower head was broken – and while they said they would send someone, no one came. On the first day the WIFI didn't work, and they did send someone. The apartment itself is functional although very dark and not especially comfortable. For such a newish building, it's very lamentable how run...

“Central location. Spacious apartment with everything you may need. Proximity to everything.”

“Appartamento grande pulito e abbastanza ben tenuto. Ottima posizione vicino alla metropolitana”
