    Located in the Playa Agua Caliente area, north of the La Ventana–El Sargento corridor, this house offers a natural setting and privacy with direct access to the Sea of Cortez. All bedrooms and common areas overlook the ocean, offering unparalleled panoramic views of La Ventana Bay, Cerralvo Island, and the Sierra de las Cacachilas.

    The property’s design ensures comfort and spaciousness: each bedroom features a full bathroom and a walk-in closet, and the living areas were designed so that the ocean and the landscape always take center stage. A highlight is the spacious second-floor terrace, equipped with a fire pit, outdoor seating area, table, and benches—perfect for enjoying sunsets, the stars, and the sea breeze in a cozy atmosphere.

    Guests enjoy access to ChiloChill without needing a day pass (food and drinks are not permitted), allowing them to enjoy the beach, lounge chairs, and atmosphere of this beachfront boutique club.

    The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the first hiking and biking trails are a 10-minute walk away. By bike, it takes less than 5 minutes to reach La Ventana’s premier single track, internationally renowned for its flow and desert landscapes overlooking the ocean.

    The area is a paradise for sports and adventure: kitesurfing during windy seasons, sea safaris to swim with marine life in the “world’s aquarium,” sport fishing, mountain biking, and hiking.
